  • Asset management module manages various types of assets including machines, buildings, electronics, etc.
  • An asset element defines an asset's main attributes, such as tracking codes, serial number, and acquiring information, and its depreciation information.
  • Assets can be categorized by Asset Category and SubCategory. Asset categories and subcategories can be defined per site.
  • Asset/Equipment Service module records all services, including maintenance, repairing, inspection, and upgrades. A service can be associated to one or more serviced assets. Each service can contain 0, 1, or more service tasks with costs information associated.
  • The service contract module manages service contracts associated to servicing assets/equipments. One service contract is associated to one or more serviced assets. One service may be covered by one or more service contracts.
  • The product production module associates one or more equipment with an actual product production runs. The capacity analysis feature is able to analyze equipment demand based on work orders and production runs.




Functionality Highlights

Asset and Equipment Tracking

In this module, users can record assets' detailed information including acquiring date and cost, license and warranty information. If a user enters the depreciate parameters for an asset, system will calculate the current post depreciation asset value based on the depreciation method the user selects.

Asset and Equipment Maintenance and Repairing Service Records

Asset Services include maintenance, repairing, and inspection services for assets and equipments. One service can be associated to multiple assets. One service can contain multiple service tasks and their costs. Users can a list of services related to the asset in an asset detail page. Software also provides the service contract management capability.

Equipment Used In Production or Services

A production process can define one or more specific equipment types required for a specific process step. A production run can define one or more actual equipment used in a particular production task. The software is capable of performing equipment demand analysis based on the production process definition and production runs for the ongoing and upcoming job orders.
